(From Victoria's Website): Victoria Chancellor is the award-winning author of eleven historical, contemporary, and paranormal romances. Her October, 1996 release, Miracle of Love, was awarded the HOLT Medallion for Best Paranormal Romance of 1996, and was also nominated for a Romantic Times Reviewers Choice Award. A Cry at Midnight, released in March, 1999, is a Romantic Times Reviewers Choice Award finalist and the recipient of the 2000 Golden Quill Award. Before quitting her day job after the release of her first book in 1992, she analyzed financial systems and procedures for EDS. Her previous occupations--ranging from fine jewelry sales to military security--provide rich background for her stories. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Chancellor and her husband of 28 years live in Richardson, Texas.
At the 1998 Romance Writers of America national conference in Anaheim, CA, Chancellor presented her two hour workshop, How to Analyze a Favorite Book ... and Your Own. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and has been interviewed on WFAA in Dallas/FW, on two television stations in Louisville, KY, and in various publications.
