Kendra Leigh Castle is a Northern New York native who started out stealing her mother’s romance novels and finally progressed to writing her own. She’s also a graduate of SUNY Oswego who has somehow never managed to use her teaching degree for anything more than coming up with synonyms for the word “no” to use on her children. Kendra is thrilled to be writing romance for a living, and also thrilled to be able to work in her pajamas (in the spectrum of things that Kendra loves, wearing pajamas is up there). CALL OF THE HIGHLAND MOON, her debut novel, will be a May 2008 release from Sourcebooks. The sequel, DARK HIGHLAND FIRE, will follow in the Fall. She brings her love of all things both spooky and steamy to her writing, and firmly believes that creatures of the night deserve happily-ever-afters too. When not curled up with her laptop and yet another cup of coffee, she keeps busy with her very cute fighter pilot husband, three wonderful children, two high-maintenance Pekingese, and one huge Siberian cat.
