Colleen Gleason lives near Ann Arbor with her husband and children. She works full-time in the managed care industry, has an interest in a small publishing company, and loves to cook...but what she really would rather be doing is writing about knights in shining armor, ghosts, and intelligent, take-charge heroines.
She’s always loved Disney’s version of Sleeping Beauty, but what really cinched her love for the medieval time period was seeing the movie Becket one rainy Sunday afternoon...then shortly thereafter discovering Ivanhoe, the stories of King Arthur...and, later, Roberta Gellis’s Roselynde Chronicles.
This is her first published novel, and all of her royalties will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of her son.
