A native Floridian, Irene Estep resides in the Central Florida area with her husband of 31 years. She has a large family, and she enjoys the chaotic holidays and the special family events when everyone gets together. Irene's currently has four books published--Send Me No Roses, Overprotected, and Silence Knight are romance suspense novels and Calamity Claresta, a regency historical romance. She likes books with humor, mystery and suspense, as well as, romance, and reviewers have praised her work for having all those elements.
She is a member of Romance Writers of America and very active in two local RWA chapters—Volusia County RWA and Central Florida RWA. She now serves and/or has previously served on the board or chaired a committee for both. She’s also a member of the Mystery/Suspense chapter of RWA, and other on-line writing groups such as EPIC and Eguild. Her favorite pastimes are watching spectator sports with her husband (golf and football mostly) and, of course, reading romance novels.
